Your tasks
- Your shift management is always conscientious and reliable.
- Acceptance and management of reservations using the Protel PMS system.
- Supporting the operations manager, also with exciting project work.
What you bring with you
- A completed apprenticeship as an HGT clerk or hotel specialist or equivalent training or experience in the reservation business
- Experience with Protel or other reservation systems.
- Very good knowledge of German and you are fluent in English or at least one other foreign language.
- A driver’s license rounds off your profile.
