Your profile:
– You have either completed training as a chef EFZ or have experience as a kitchen assistant.
– Experience in the kitchen of a busy establishment is a must.
– You have a good command of German and English, any other language is an advantage. A good knowledge of English is sufficient as a kitchen assistant.
– This place of work can be as challenging as a Bavarian beer tent. Speed and speed are essential, as things are often extremely stressful. Working at 3500 meters above sea level can be physically and mentally demanding, especially when you are dealing with demanding tourists.
