- You create a cool, authentic video about yourself and answer four questions. Be completely yourself. Slips of the tongue are part of it and make you likeable.
- Our club team will then get in touch with you within the next 48 hours. Don’t worry, we are really friendly! But we are also honest. This means that we will tell you openly whether we can help you or not.
- If you make it to the next round, we’ll have a relaxed chat on the phone about anything and everything – no stiff job interview, we promise!
- If it’s a good fit for both sides, we’ll ask you for your CV and send your application and video to potential employers.
- Employers will either call you or send you an e-mail. And then it starts!
You clarify everything else, such as salary negotiations, directly with your new employer.
Of course, we are still there to support you and advise you on salary negotiations, insurance and housing.
