Young and flexible
Many of our so-called employees are dedicated students and high school graduates, who have discovered gastronomy as a passionate vocation. Our talents bring seasonal freshness and fun to working life. At the same time, we maintain strong links with experienced specialists in various fields. Our diversity and dynamism make us a unique meeting place for young and experienced professionals alike. Whether we have students with a penchant for sporting adventures or budding doctors - you'll find the right people with us. Of course, they can not only juggle plates, but also act as emergency paramedics when the salad is on fire.
Trade fairs, events & festivals
We also offer support at various trade fairs, events and festivals. This year, for example, we could support the Jungfrau Marathon, the Bea Fair in Bern, the Yodelling Festival in Zug and the Trucker Festival in Interlaken with our dedicated association members.
No risk
Cooperation with the ASVN Alpenclub brings numerous advantages for employers. We only bill if we are successful and only if the employees actually work - "no success, no bill", so to speak. In the event of unforeseen events such as injuries or excessive demands, we can quickly provide replacements. In the high season, we are flexible and can add staff at short notice if required. Our dedicated staff are also available for events such as weddings or parties.
Accommodation
We understand the accommodation problem and have established strong links with studios, apartments and rooms in our region, especially in Wilderswil. We also offer staff accommodation and apartments for our employees. As an association, we are a community, indeed colleagues who support our members in all matters - from registration questions and insurance tricks to heartache and the right way home after a night of drinking. We are there for our people, from start to finish.
